Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unassembled condition and securely packed in their original Mocka packaging.

  Book a Collection

  Follow the prompts to schedule a courier pickup or drop off your package at an authorized collection point using the provided shipping label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
